HOW TO VIDEOS – EASIEST WAY TO WAX AND BUFF PAINTED FURNITURE

Here’s a couple videos I’d like to share with all of you.  The first one shows you how easy it is to apply an all natural Clear Wax.

This second one shows you the Wax Buffing Brush Attachment that we use to achieve a fabulous finish in minutes.  Pardon my gross appearance; the workouts start TODAY!

TO WATCH MY WAX BUFFING TECHNIQUE VIDEO, CLICK: http://youtu.be/dXdhOe0DPC4  This is an older video but my wax technique works with all the waxes we carry here at Shizzle.   We use a very specific type of wax so I can’t guarantee it if you’re using it on something we don’t carry.  All waxes are NOT made equally.

I’m attempting to create this video from my Ipad which isn’t going the greatest, so I’ll leave this short and sweet

Thanks for hanging out with me ~ Have an AWESOME weekend!!

  1. Shelly – thanks so much for the videos – I did not realize that you have hand issues too. I have chronic pain and arthritis and over the past couple of years the weakness in my hands has really held me back from completing projects and moving forward with my business plans. I am always looking for easier ways to sand, strip, paint and wax my furniture and have wondered about the wax buffing brush. Shipping costs from the USA to Australia have held me back, but after seeing how fast it bought up the shine, I really have to take the plunge!
Will be placing my order ASAP.
    Thanks
    Tracey 🙂

    1. I’ve gone thru some really tough times with joint problems and have learned to do many things differently over the past 20 years. You still have to hold onto the drill which tends to pull but it’s much easier on the joints in my fingers than clenching a rag for buffing. I’m sure most people don’t have an issue with that thankfully, but for me – its huge.

  2. Thanks Shelly! Now I’m ready to break out my wax brush for the drill. The one I bought from you a few months ago, Ive been saving it…(for?) I needed this push! Hope you relaxed on your vacation.

    1. Your welcome Danielle! Still trying to learn my way around WordPress. I’ve just found a bunch of good comments in my spam and a bunch of spam on my website

  3. Good day! I could have sworn I’ve been to this site before but after browsing through some of the post I realized it’s new to me.
Anyways, I’m definitely glad I found it and I’ll be book-marking and checking back frequently!

  4. Do you mind if I quote a couple of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your weblog?
My blog site is in the very same niche as yours and my visitors would really benefit from a lot of
the information you provide here. Please let me know if this ok with you.
    Many thanks!

  5. I am so glad I came across this site! I have been buying furniture for the past year but as I research more & more i just didn’t think my hands would allow me to do the work. I have Osteo arthritis in my wrists & fingers and bone on bone in the basal joint. My line of work doesn’t allow me to let my hands rest long enough for the cortisone shots to work.
I want to paint so bad but dread the aftermath so I found a paint sprayer for larger pieces & now this buffing brush. Maybe there is hope.

    1. Hi Fudie, I’ve been dealing with problems in my joints for 20 some years already so I’m always looking for easier ways to do things. I still have to use both hands to hold my drill when I’m using the drill brush, but it’s much easier on my fingers than clenching a rag. P.S. ~ There’s always hope 🙂
