Add Sparkle to Painted Furniture using American Paint Company’s Metallic Mica Powders VIDEO

I’ve been having a lot of fun playing around with American Paint Company’s Mica Powders the past couple of weeks as we prepare for West Michigan’s Michigan’s Women’s Expo on March 14-16 at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids.   I’ll share more on that tomorrow.

In preparation for this event, we needed a sign for Shizzle Design

I grabbed an old ornate frame and slapped on various colors using American Paint Company’s chalk & clay based mineral paints.

I know, looks pretty weird right?  No worries, I have plans for this puppy.  Just look what happens when you add a little Dark Wax and Copper Mica Powder.
