Vintage Dresser Painted in Junk Gypsy’s™ Wanderlust

Vintage Dresser Painted in Junk Gypsy’s™ Wanderlust

It’s been almost a year since our trip to Junk Gypsy Headquarters

We had a blast in Texas and were able to hang out with a lot of fun gals during the initial launch of Junk Gypsy™ Chalk & Clay Paints.

The couldn’t wait to get my hands on was Wanderlust because we had the perfect dresser for it.

Unfortunately my personal life took a major hit once back to Michigan and it’s been pretty surreal ever since.  Needless to say, Cathy was able to paint with Wanderlust before I could.   During that time, I was in and out of so many doctor’s appointments, scans while they diagnosed my cancer and planned the best way to attack.

Cath had it painted in a flash and I was able to come in and distress it just about the time of diagnosis.

I was anxious after hearing the dreaded “C” word and it was nice outside so I used our power sander to distress the dresser.  It was quick, easy and did wonders at relieving my stress.

Love the Detail of this piece!
